PFA Academy Terms and Conditions.

PFA Academy / Pro Fitness Academy is an educational platform offering online courses, learning materials, quizzes, a final exam and course completion certificates.

The organiser and seller of course access is Bartłomiej Romanowski, operating under the PFA Academy / Pro Fitness Academy brand.

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the PFA Academy website, learner account, courses, forms, payments, exams, certificates and learning materials.

PFA Academy courses are educational and provide structured preparation for working with clients in fitness and personal training.

The materials available on the platform do not constitute medical, physiotherapy or clinical nutrition advice, or an individual treatment or rehabilitation plan.

PFA Academy does not guarantee employment, a particular level of earnings, clients or any specific business outcome after course completion.

The PFA Academy certificate is a course completion certificate. It is not a state-issued document, a qualification within Poland’s Integrated Qualifications System (ZSK), an authorisation issued by Poland’s Ministry of National Education (MEN), a professional licence or a guarantee of recognition by every organisation in the market.

Access to the online course requires a learner account and signing in to the platform.

An account can be created using an email address or an external sign-in method available on the platform, such as Google.

The email address linked to the account is used as the sign-in identifier and may be displayed as a non-editable field in the learner dashboard.

Users are responsible for keeping access to their account secure and should not share their account with anyone else.

PFA Academy may restrict account access in the event of misuse, attempts to bypass security measures, breaches of these Terms and Conditions or unauthorised sharing of materials.

The Online Personal Trainer Course can be purchased using the purchase button on the course page or in the learner dashboard.

Online payments are processed by the external payment provider Stripe. PFA Academy does not store users’ full payment card details.

After a successful payment, the system records the order and assigns course access to the learner’s account.

In exceptional cases, access activation may take a short time due to communication between the payment provider and the platform.

If course access does not appear in the dashboard after payment, the user should contact PFA Academy through the Contact page or by email at biuro@pfa.edu.pl.

The online course is digital content or a digital service made available in the learner dashboard after purchase and confirmation of payment.

Users receive access to lessons, materials, module quizzes, the final exam and certificate features in accordance with the current course programme.

Before proceeding to payment, users should accept the Terms and Conditions and the Returns Policy, and consent to supply beginning before the end of the 14-day period following conclusion of the contract.

When course access is granted, PFA Academy begins fulfilling the contract by making the digital content available in the learner dashboard.

If the user has consented to supply beginning before the end of the 14-day period and the course has been made available in the learner dashboard, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the extent provided for by law.

Course access may be described as having no time limit, unless the course offer states otherwise and provided that the account has not been blocked for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

PFA Academy may update materials, the interface, lesson content, quizzes and technical elements of the platform to improve course quality or system security.

Module quizzes check knowledge after individual course modules and may unlock subsequent stages of learning.

The final exam becomes available once the requirements set out in the course learning path have been met, particularly the completion of the required module quizzes.

The PFA Academy Personal Trainer Course Completion Certificate is generated once the course completion requirements have been met and the final exam has been passed.

The certificate may be available in Polish and English, with a document number and a QR code or link for public verification.

A course marked as planned, a group in preparation, an interest list or coming soon does not automatically mean that the course edition has been confirmed.

Registering interest in an in-person course or a planned additional course allows the organiser to contact interested people and assess demand for a particular location or subject.

Planned in-person course dates may depend on forming a group, venue and instructor availability, and PFA Academy’s organisational decisions.

PFA Academy may suggest the online course as a learning option that is available sooner if the in-person course edition has not yet been confirmed.

Course materials, texts, graphics, presentations, PDFs, quizzes, lesson layouts, certificates and platform elements are intended for the learner’s personal use.

Copying, reselling, publishing, bulk downloading, sharing an account or using PFA Academy materials to create competing products without written permission is prohibited.

Learners may apply the knowledge they gain in their professional practice, but do not acquire the right to redistribute course materials.

Complaints about the platform, course access, payments, certificates or materials can be sent to biuro@pfa.edu.pl.

A complaint should include the user’s full name, learner account email address, a description of the problem and, where possible, a screenshot or order or certificate number.

The separate Returns and Complaints page explains the rules on complaints, technical exceptions and the right of withdrawal for digital content.

PFA Academy may update these Terms and Conditions following changes to platform features, course offerings, technical service providers, legislation or security requirements.

Changes should not affect the acquired rights of users who have already purchased course access, unless required by law or necessary for platform security.
